本次会议是学校大力加强内涵建设的重要内容,是学校深化教学综合改革,推动学科专业建设,继学校对首批系科专业取向作出调整之后在教学改革进程中的又一重要举措,有力的完善了教学部门的组织构架,充实了教学管理队伍。通过本次集体谈话会,增强了教研室负责人的主人翁意识、责任意识、团结意识、集体意识,提高了负责人的工作积极性,凝聚了力量,必将有力推动我校“双一流”建设。
